I like actually really like this harp except for two things. The first is that I wish the chair were a real chair rather than some ugly bright cube. To either take it away or have the harp player stand would be preferable. However, I obviously overlooked this when purchasing it in the first place, overall, especially considering the awesome price, no big deal. I probably would have given it 5 stars. The second is the �big deal� issue. As previous reviewer�s have mentioned, they couldn�t get the music to start because the item description lacked instructions. I know now that you must type in "music" no quotes to start it, because other considerate reviewer�s have taken time out of their own day to give instructions in their review � my greatest Thanks. The music not playing has obviously been as issue for some time, yet the creator STILL (after many months) hasn't bothered to take the time to add this info to the description. To me this is SO RUDE!!!!! If this person had time to create it, to keep it up and obviously to still make money off it, then they have time to fix this � It�s Your Job! When as a creator you don�t do this, it says to me: �I don�t care about you and whether you can use my product as I described it.� Feel free to call me picky or b**chy, but no matter how pretty or good of a deal something is, this attitude is NOT forgivable. I HATE people/places that disrespect me as a customer. I didn�t initially see the way to make the music play and did contact the seller and they ignored me, so I couldn�t use the music for months. Note to creators - Once you screw me, not only do I leave really bad reviews, I also don�t buy from you again!
