i am not sure if this product is useful at all, i do use it for my product to test the coverage of the avi so i keep my models under the Ga terms and one user complains , then, they remove my product from the shop and the pass the peer review failing the peer review when previously it passed it.
Obviously the peers do not use this skin, or the customer that bougth the dress did not use it or just this skin does not adjust to whatever imvu ask for us , creators ask to cover to keep our products as GA. Could anyone clarify the problem?
Now i can not even raise the case because the help to do that does not work for weeks.
Is this product adjusting to imvu terms? If it is why the peers review does not use it instead of giving us problems, supposedly it is for that.
This is the copy of the message that they send me and i am fed up of trying to do my best and nobody answering or orientating and changing the rate of the product unilateraly just because one customer complaint when they have not idea what the terms are.
