Purchased this this am, placed in Royal Holiday Resort, it froze on first ride. Moved it three more times and it freezes in the same spot of animation. When you ascend up and she moves her hand over her head, about 2 -3 seconds after that motion the glider freezes in air.
Please refund my money, as I seen this complaint before, but I thot since it was 2013, it was fixed by the year 2020 or removed so others would not bothering buying. I looked for a way to get to your personal profile page to leave a message, but was unsucessful, so therefore I am making this request via a review.
