I've finally found it now, under rooms. I assumed that it would be in with my furniture, seeing as you yourself referred to it as a backdrop. There is no way on earth that this item should have been listed amongst locked rooms, and since I can't place it inside my club either, it is all but useless to me. I think a more accurate descriptiom of the item is called for here.
