Please make sure you are using a current version of IMVU, then try to clear the IMVU cache and restart IMVU. If you are behind a firewall please make sure it will not block HTTP connections opened by the Flash music player that is part of the bundle. You also must first add the furniture item ("musical cafe sets") that comes with the bundle to the room and sit on it at least once to activate the music player. When activated a little ACS icon appears on the upper left corner of your IMVU window that you can click to access more functions. If you still have problems you can file a support ticket via our website at http://imvu.anshechung.com and somebody will try to assist you further.
