Items that you can layer are good, but inherently have the problem of looking bulky. This item's arms in particular look really big, and the details on the arms don't look very sharp. Also, it doesn't go with a whole lot. I really do think the fact that it can be layered with other items is useful enough to give this item a good rating, though.
