1. You control your own happiness.
There is a misconception that you have to be happy 100% of the time to be a happy person. On one hand is your happiness and on the other hand is your unhappiness. It is only when you accept that you can own both happiness and unhappiness will you be able to handle your stress and worry more often. If you remember that your own thoughts control your happiness and unhappiness then you can accept that it is okay to not be happy 100% of the time. You become happier as you change your thoughts; after all who's concept are you believing that happiness has to be felt all the time in order to be considered a happy person? How many of you saw the heart in this picture or only saw the two hands? This heart represent the love you will begin to feel when you take charge/control your own thoughts. You control your own happiness.



2. Your thoughts control your anxiety, stress and worry.
What you own in your mind is what you get. Belief is a subconscious result of what you don't see but feel/think. Remember you are not your thoughts but rather you are what you do with them. Shaping the subconscious acts require mindfulness of what you do with your conscious actions. Stress and worry is controlled by your own thoughts of that situation. It isn't the situation that causes anxiety it is the thought you act on because of that thought. Take control of your own anxiety by simply changing your thoughts. Changing your thoughts won't give you an anxiety free life but the power to control them will reduce the stress and worry that you have. How many of you saw the crack in the skull? This is representative of how choosing to let thoughts take away your control over stress and worry take over your life. Your thoughts control your anxiety, stress and worry.



3. Live Your Life - Don't Worry About Theirs.
Don't take on other people worry. 92% of people don't really want you to solve their problems but rather only want you to listen. Of the 8% of thoe who seek solutions only 1% actually take your advice anyway. How many of that 1% actually thank you for helping them? Only 1/8. Since you can't control what others do why not control your own life to not worry about other peoples lives. How many of you noticed the second photo I place in here? She represents what taking change of your own life will bring you. A happier person feeling a sense of calmness. Live your life - don't worry about theirs.



4. Worry never changes the outcome.
Look at this photo. What do you see? Does what you see change what it really is? How many of you saw a canvus covering an unknown object? What is it really? It is never what you imagined it to be and nothing you do about the worry changes the outcome. Knowing your facts about the situation and changing how you act on those facts will bring upon the outcome that is rational. Thinking this wasn't artwork doesnt change the fact it was art. Worry never changes the outcome.



5. Mindfulness is in your reach.
Mindfulness is ones own ability to see their own life in vibrant colors of freedom from worry, stress and anxiety. Choices are life colors. Dance in yoru own choices and rejoice in them. How many noticed people coming out of the colored bottles? They represent your ability to take charge of your life and explore your own ability to master choices rather then letting them master you. Mindfulness is in your reach.
