Love the house, great job! And for anyone else who buys this house, the trigger for the boat ramp is sail1, sail2, stop. It took me a while to figure that out. The sailing nodes are indicated with yellow triangles next to the pier on the water.
This works with any furniture item. Just add it, and then MOVE the item until it snaps onto the sailing node.
DO NOT SLIDE WITH CTRL & SHIFT!!! Once it's snapped in place you can slide and rotate it if you need to.
