Neon Cloud 350 credits

This is beautifully made! Low kb weight, very clean, and easy to use! My only complaint is that the opacity glow texture behind the mesh is too skinny and therefore not noticeable enough, I would have preferred to purchase one where it held the neon effect more. I won't deduct a star for this though since this is nitpicking on something that is good enough lol.

Too bad this isn't derivable, imvu could actually help creators more efficiently ! Because I would have totally derived this, since it is really awesome and exactly something I would want (even if I wasn't trying to make a pride-theme). Now... I'll probably need to look for a derivable replacement, which I doubt the same mesher would have since they tried to make this a unique product for the event.

I will never understand the appeal of a "unique" 1 use-product unless it was a request custom that the customer ordering it got to dictate exactly how they wanted it. You guys often gift us things of which I really enjoy the shape of but can't use it because it's paint doesn't go well with the rest of my stuff, and it's not worth redoing eveything just to match that one item. I wish you would help creators more since only very few are not struggling.

I'd be so happy if imvu gave out samples and let us fall in love with the product and go derive from the original creators shop to make another version that suits our needs/wants. I think that would make better use of these events, because when I like the gifts and go check them out and see that it's locked and there's no replacement in their shop... the disappointing mood does not encourage me to support that creator, this undoes the publicity effort of the event participation.

I don't think any of these locked-product events have ever succeeded in me shopping/deriving from these creators more. I use to look through the devs shops after receiving these gift-samples, but many were very empty and had almost nothing to select from. I remember one ONLY had the event gift items lol So I ended up giving up on looking through the participants' shops. I've gotten the impression that these events are not trying to help creators, which is a real waste in my eyes. Please make better use of your/our time. I really love supporting devs, and from the giftbomb events that I've hosted, it's clear that many other consumers also love supporting other devs as well.

I'll give you an ex: When I asked people permission to gift them our samples, the MAJORITY said NO, and if they saw me wearing them and liked it, most still said NO and go buy it themselves lol. I know this sounds crazy but most imvu members do not like free handouts, it's embarrassing on some level, especially if they don't have credits.

Now for our last event, (My net provider suffered a power out so I was struggling to do this all on the phone! The app sucks btw, there's no giftlist! I had to jump hoops to make this work and it really drained my data quickly. I had to go to a public location with my laptop and risk catching covid!) i accidently worded it differently where I asked them for help with supporting us by letting me giftbomb them the items we made together. The majority of answers were YES. This showed what kind of population we have on imvu. Most of these people were strangers to me and outside of my market and social group categories, but they were hundreds, so I feel like I've got a good sample to base these findings on, especially since I've been doing this almost each month since last xmas. (This last event was so successful and it was even the first time i got my products reviewed! which was interesting because I had gifted more people in my previous events, so clearly this one had a different vibe to it, which was also apparent in the responses, a lot of positivity and happiness!)

Sharing this info with you so you can take advantage of it and help the site out because there are a lot of opportunities that are being overlooked and many who are struggling.

I DID see a free imvu gift somewhere in the IMVU inc. shop where anyone can click BUY IT and they receive (or gift it) at no charge, totally free. I don't know what you're planning to do with that code, but it would be incredibly dope to play around with that! Maybe it's not functional with deriving? Anyways, I thought it was amazing.

Or you know what, let creators pay imvu a certain amount of money or credits to cover the gifting fees for these events so that the items being gifted out are not exclusive and the dev can generate profits when the event is over and other people want to buy/derive it? I'd use that feature, totally, and put the login rewards to more use. (i'm sorry but I'm not a fan of your new advertisement opportunities. I've never met anyone that benefited from them and they're a fortune just so some can see you ? I'd rather spend 1 million credits on gifting around 2 000 samples out and let them enjoy and interact more and get curious and go look for other stuff, and wear it and excite others to get curious and go look. Next isn't really shopper-friendly so I don't really get the point of an expensive shop adv on there)

I'm ok with the risk of receiving bad reviews because that's feedback I can use to become better. Obviously not if it's malicious or spiteful, understandable. But if someone's telling me what's up, I find that's useful into. Some companies PAY others for this service lol Tier levels aren't really a big deal to me since they have no effect on profit sales... I don't see why people are worried about this. The Tier Level new product submission discounts are not a real big difference from each level, so if i drop a level because I receive too many low reviews, then that's not going to impact my discount too much for discomfort since there is a max that category can make my overall outcome drop.

Thank you for reading the ramblings of an insane cat lady lol
