The item works perfectly well, there's nothing wrong with it & you got it cheap according to what you say you paid.
DON'T come on here & buy things & then slag them off to try to get some credits back!
If it's as bad as you're trying to make out, put a complaint in to IMVU & let them look into it. Then IMVU can sanction YOU for a false complaint, as it passed ALL their criteria!!!
