The problem you mentioned is caused by the new IMVU clients, other developer's products also have the same problem, one of my friends told me that IMVU will release a new version of client which will fix this kind of problem, currently you can use the older clients to view this item, here is the link: http://smc143.forever143.net/IMVU/InstallIMVU_436.0.exe
