This very pretty blouse is designed to be a halter corset style top that has aqua buttons situated strategically around the top.The straps top and bottom of the blouse is all the Aqua trim around colour with the double Aqua belt on my right side and the bottom of the blouse flare out.I love how the top of the blouse is similar a ruffle style top on the bustline flows into the black middle with the multi coloured floral design.
