To get to the other room stand on the elevator nodes, which are located either side of the bar on the second level. Once you are on the node type rooms and it will take you up. To get back down, call the lift back by typing rooms again, stand on the nodes and type club. Make sure you get off the nodes within 45 seconds as they return automatically.
