I've checked it on 3 different PCs, with 3 different accounts and it's working ok. I"m sorry yours is crashing for some reason. Maybe it's due to the recent IMVU client updates? Give it a few days and try it again. If it still crashed contact me on my HP. No need for a bad review for something that's IMVU's issue. :)
