I was graciously given the set of eight GlowCycles by a generous friend!^^ Now comes the daunting - and exciting! - task of reviewing them all in order of preference:
The Alpha racer is really cute. So cute, in fact, that even when you pilot it, your avi has a relaxed and comfortable animation, less intense than the others. This one features really round design that gives it kind of a "she-factor," though I feel plenty man enough to cruise around in it anyway. Somehow this one feels more like a pleasant car for cruising the galaxy than a racer, but I love it just the same.^^ My hair disappears behind the two "nodes" flanking the driver's seat, but I'm not taking off points for that because it's so easy to reposition the camera and I wouldn't give up the glow for anything!^^
A more "Tron-style" design with glowing line details and *very* different colors instead of numbers would be great on all of these, I think. I find the numbers sort of intrusive, and pretty irrelevant since you can't actually race...wonder if you could create random animation that would have variable acceleration of furniture pieces and just have infinite "finish lines...?" Hmm... You hear me, content creators?!^^
